Changed your mind

Unopened records can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the record price. Return postage is on you. We can't take back a record that's been played — vinyl marks easily and we can't sell it on as new.

Damaged, defective or not what you ordered

This one we always put right. Warps, non-fill, off-centre pressings, seam splits, the wrong record in the sleeve, or damage in transit: email info@footworkrecords.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, and you won't need to post anything back unless we ask.

How to start a return

Email us first with your order number and the records you're returning, so we know to expect them. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Cancelling an order

Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once the label is printed it's on its way — the policy above takes over from there.
