How much is shipping?
Real carrier rates for your address and order weight, calculated in your cart before you pay. You choose the service — USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is printed.
How long does delivery take?
Once it's on its way: USPS Ground Advantage 2–5 business days, USPS Priority Mail 1–3, UPS Ground 1–5 depending on how far you are from Southern California. Carrier estimates, not guarantees.

How are records packed?
In rigid 12-inch record mailers with stiffeners, records outside their sleeves where needed to avoid seam splits.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-orders ship when the record arrives from the distributor. If your order also has in-stock records, we hold and ship everything together unless you ask us to split it.
